a construction system based on structures made up of cold-shaped steel elements, manufactured by cold bending or profiling of thin steel sheets

There are, in turn, two construction methods that can be applied depending on the needs of the design

Platform system: when the structure is built floor by floor, so that the lower floor can serve as support for the construction of the upper floor. The walls are not continuous and the loads are transferred to the walls of the lower floor through the steel structure

Ballon system: the walls are continuous for more than one floors and the loft is connected to them. In this system, the loads pass from the upper floor to the lower floor, without affecting the loft’s structure

?What are the advantages of this building technique

One of the main advantages of the Light Steel Frame system as a building technique is the very low, almost zero, need for maintenance. As time goes by, many building materials deteriorate. This is not the case with a steel construction system

Steel preserves its technical and structural features for its entire lifecycle; this means that it is a material particularly suitable to design uses with exposed elements and those left exposed to weathering

Moreover, thanks to its physical characteristics, steel is not under attack from micro-organisms, such as mould, fungi and bacteria, and is also immune to humidity. This makes it the perfect long-lasting and effective building material.

در ساختمان سازی مهندسین خبره و کارکشته ابتدا سازه ای را که روی نقشه پیاده سازی می نمایند نوع و سبک ساختار سازه و میزان بار متحمل بر آن و متریال های مورد نیاز را بررسی و ارزیابی می نمایند. در ساختمان سازی دسته ی ویژه از سازه ها هستند که از زمره سازه های سبک وزن قرار میگیرند به طوری که وزن پایه های آن کاملا پایین بوده و قابلیت این را دارند که با وزن پایین ارتفاع ساختمان بلند تر باشد. یعنی در تعریف کلی سازه هایی با وزن کمتر و ارتفاع بیشتر باشند. به این مدل از سازه ها در صنعت ساختمان سازی سازه ال اس اف ( LSF) می گویند.
استایل سازه های ال اس اف کم وزن بوده و بار چندانی ندارد.

مهندسین این نوع سازه ها سعی دارند برای ساخت ساختمان هایی کم هزینه تر و مقرون به صرفه راه هایی را ارائه دهند تا ساختمانهایی ساخته شود که از حجم و هزینه کمتر برخوردار باشند. اصلی ترین مسئله در خصوص ساخت سازه های ال اس اف این است که در واقع زمان کمتری برای ساخت و آماده سازی و نصب آنها صرف می شود. کاربرد سازه های ال اس اف در بسیاری از موارد قابل انجام است علی الخصوص می توان در کنار ساختمان های قدیمی از این نوع سازه ها با دکوراسیون دلخواه و طرح و رنگ مطابقت دلخواه داد.
پایه کار در سازه های ال اف اس به کمک عناصر گل میخ ها و مسیرها شکل گرفته است و از سوی دیگر اسکلت اصلی سازه، ترکیبی از اجزای فولاد گالوانیزه از جنس نورد سرد شکل گرفته است. همچنین می توان گفت مهندسین سازه های ال اس اف از پروفیل های U، C و Z در ساختار آن استفاده می نمایند.

آیا سازه های ال اس اف lsf با دوام هستند؟

این سوال مطرح است که سازه های lsf ال اس اف تا چند درصد و از چه اندازه دوام و پایداری برخوردار هستند؟ به تاریخچه این نوع سازه ها بر میگردیم که برای اولین بار از سازه ال اس اف به عنوان یک عضو غیر اصلی از اعضای فولاد نازک برای دیوارها استفاده می شد. برای اولین تجربه استفاده از این نوع سازه در دیوارهای داخلی و فضای دکوراتیو که غیر باربر بوده و سنگینی ساختمان هیچ ارتباطی بر آنها نداشته استفاده می کردند. در طی زمان سعی شده سازه های سبک ال اس اف را تقویت بخشی نمایند و استحکام و درجه دوام آن را بالاتر برند و این سازه توانست این تایید را از طرف مهندسین امر دریافت کند تا به عنوان دیوارهای خارجی و باربر نیز استفاده شود.
از آنجا که دستورالعمل ساخت ال اس اف به دهه های اخیر برمی گردد لذا هنوز یک دستورالعمل نهایی به عنوان یک الگوی تمام عیار که تمام ملاک های دوام و بکارگیری این دیوارها را دربرداشته باشد ارائه نهایی نشده است.
البته طرح دیوارهای مورب و اتصالات اعضای مرزی، استاندارد لازم به این سازه را تضمین می نماید و طبق تایید مهندسین استفاده از این روش می تواند ال اس اف را در برابر زلزله مقاوم سازد.
